The Van Staal VR II series is a fully sealed spinning reel with a fully machined 6061 aluminum body, a stainless steel spiral-bevel gear system and a waterproof drag. It comes with a bail-less conversion kit plus Powergrip handle and drag knobs. The VR25 is the compact 6.3:1 size for light inshore work, and the VR150 is the 4.8:1 surf size. Models ending in B are the black finish.
