Giveaway Official Rules
PENN Van Tour Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored and run by Ranimy Corp d/b/a Bite Me Bait Shack ("Sponsor"), 24655 SW 112th Ave, Unit 110, Homestead, FL 33032, (305) 257-1117, bmbs@bitemebaitshack.com. It is held during the PENN Van Tour's stop at our shop. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway period
Entries are accepted from the date these rules are posted until the drawing on Saturday, November 7, 2026, during the event at the shop, which runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The giveaway ends on November 7, 2026.
4. How to enter (free)
There are two free ways to enter:
- Online: submit your name and email address using the PENN giveaway form on the bitemebaitshack.com homepage before the event.
- In person: visit Bite Me Bait Shack, 24655 SW 112th Ave, Unit 110, Homestead, FL, on November 7, 2026 between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM ET and fill out a free entry at the event. No purchase is required.
Active Shack Club members are entered automatically. Limit one (1) entry per person, no matter how you enter. A member's automatic entry counts as that person's one entry, so buying a membership or any product does not give you more entries or better odds than entering for free.
5. Prize
PENN fishing gear selected by Sponsor. The prize and its approximate retail value will be announced at the event before the drawing. Prizes are not transferable and can't be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
Shimano exclusion: Shimano products are excluded from this giveaway and are never offered as prizes.
6. Drawing and winner
The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries, held at the shop on November 7, 2026 during the event. Entrants must be present at the drawing to win. If the person drawn isn't present or isn't eligible, another entry will be drawn until a winner who is present is selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Taxes and publicity
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name and photo for giveaway-related promotion without further payment.
8. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel or change the giveaway if it can't run as planned for reasons beyond its control. Personal information collected for the giveaway is used as described in our Privacy Policy. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Questions and winner's name
For questions, or to request the winner's name, contact Bite Me Bait Shack at bmbs@bitemebaitshack.com or (305) 257-1117.
