Shipping policy
This shipping and pickup policy applies to orders placed on bitemebaitshack.com, operated by Ranimy Corp d/b/a Bite Me Bait Shack, 24655 SW 112th Ave, Unit 110, Homestead, FL 33032, United States.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only: all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands. UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address. We don't ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number when your order ships.
Carriers and rates
Orders ship with UPS. The services available for your address (such as UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, UPS Standard and UPS Next Day Air) and their exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Delivery times shown by UPS are estimates, not guarantees.
Free shipping (Florida only)
Orders shipped to a Florida address get free shipping when the order total is $100 or more. Free shipping doesn't apply to:
- Orders shipped outside Florida (standard UPS rates apply)
- Oversized items (see below)
- Items sold for in-store pickup only
Oversized items
Some large items, such as the Aqua Hippie Better Bully Lobster Net, ship by express only for a flat $80 shipping charge anywhere we ship. This charge is shown at checkout and isn't covered by free shipping.
In-store pickup only
Fishing rods and rod-and-reel combos (including PENN combos) can't be shipped. They're available online for free pickup at the shop only.
Free local pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order for free at 24655 SW 112th Ave, Unit 110, Homestead, FL 33032. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation. Pickup orders are held for 2–4 weeks. If an order isn't picked up within that time, we'll contact you before cancelling it.

Out-of-stock items
If an item sells out before we can ship it, we'll contact you to offer a wait time, a substitute, or a full refund for that item.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We'll work with UPS and replace or refund your order.
